This form will also be provided during workout sessions as proof of documentations. We will go over what type of workouts that will occur within our session. As well as how many sets we will do and how long we trained on a specific exercise. This form is very important because it keeps track of your progress.

How To Get The Best Experience Out Of Personal Trainer?

  1. Ask your trainer about their experience and their success. Ask questions such as: where they were certified, if they teach any specialty classes, etc.
  2. Learn what you can expect. You shouldn’t be thrown into your first workout session without knowing what would come out of the session.
  3. Be honest about they way you wat on a regular and if you’re active or exercise daily.
  4. Discuss your goals with your trainer. Discuss where you want to be as far as weight loss and gain by the end of your training sessions period.

What To Consider When Dieting:

  • Does it include various foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products, lean protein sources and nuts?
  • Does it include foods you like and that you would enjoy eating for a lifetime — not just for several weeks or months?
  • Can you easily find these foods in your local grocery store?
  • Will you be able to eat your favorite foods or, better yet, all foods (even if some are in small quantities)?
  • Does it fit your lifestyle and budget?
  • Does it include proper amounts of nutrients and calories to help you lose weight safely and effectively?
  • Is regular physical activity part of the plan?

About Me

I’m Naukita Blanton. I’m a fitness trainer for those who are interested in becoming fit and need a personal trainer. I’ve worked in LA fitness for about 3 years but I also provide my own workout classes on Monday-Thursday. I’m qualified for Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and Level 2 Diploma in Health, Fitness, and Exercise Instruction. I will help do the following:

  • Set realistic short-term and long-term goals and plan programs that help reach these goals
  • Educate, motivate and coach clients to help them follow their programs safely and effectively
  • Give clients advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
  • Help clients with their workouts
  • Check and record progress by measuring heart rate and body-fat levels
