
- Ask your trainer about their experience and their success. Ask questions such as: where they were certified, if they teach any specialty classes, etc.
- Learn what you can expect. You shouldn’t be thrown into your first workout session without knowing what would come out of the session.
- Be honest about they way you wat on a regular and if you’re active or exercise daily.
- Discuss your goals with your trainer. Discuss where you want to be as far as weight loss and gain by the end of your training sessions period.
